Home & ton under contract8-26-07. Lot mentioned at $21,000, due to improvements. Improvements being because of influence costs being compensated about the lot. 9-25-07holidaybuilders required reimbursement of effect fees. Time of negotiation 10-17-07, informed effect fees-not with lot. Told didn"t need to negotiate, but experienced pressed into deciding, as furniture requested & prepared for delivery. Holidaybuilders obtained reimbursement for impact costs in Dec. 07. Believe this really is near to bate & change tactics. Tried to sort out issue for over 1yr. To no satifaction. Boerner family thinks when coping with holidaybuilders need a lawyer greater than a realtor.
