They Harass but they help

Well, I read a lot of awful comments on CPS... I have to admit I've missed a few payments from time to time. I have received harassing phone calls and they did somehow track down my work number... I still don't know how they did that. I see a lot of complaints about repossessions and crazy calls after 1 month... Maybe I'm a lucky one...

The first time I was late I called and spoke to a lady named Georgia who simply omitted my payment that month and advised me she waived the month and for me to start up again next month... That helped a lot... The 2nd time I didn't have it was about 2 years later... Somehow I had missed about $250 from a payment... They reversed $165 in late fees to help me catch up.

One thing I can recommend is Don't be late! Their late fees are ridiculous, that $250 I missed from a payment accumulated $400 in late fees over 32 days... After I get caught up though I do think I'm going to go head to head with them, something seems off in my loan... After 3 years of payments of $360 a month I've only knocked off $2967 on my principle...$12,960 paid and $2967 has dropped on my principle, that's wrong somewhere
