They Harrass but they help

Well, I read alot of awful comments on CPS... I have to admit I've missed a few payments from time to time. I have received harassing phone calls and they did somehow track down my work number... I still don't know how they did that. I see alot of complaints about repossessions and crazy calls after 1 month... Maybe im a lucky one... The first time i was late I called and spoke to a lady named georgia who simpy omitted my payment that month and advised me she waived the month and for me to start up again next month... That helped alot... The 2nd time I didn't have it was about 2 years later... Somehow I had missed about $250 from a payment... They reversed $165 in late fees to help me catch up. One thing i can recommend is DONT BE LATE! Their late fees are ridiculous, that $250 i missed from a payment accumulated $400 in late fees over 32 days... After i get caught up though I do think im going to go head to head with them, something seems off in my loan... After 3 years of payments of $360 a month ive only knocked off $2967 on my principle...$12,960 paid and $2967 has dropped on my principle, thats wrong somewhere
