Will not refund money promised, the check is in the mail

Scott sold me a valve body. I should have known when they got me to go outside of the second chance offer system provided by ebay. I paypaled them the money, $103.68. It took months to get the part. I now realize they were putting me off to limit my ability to get my money back. They are excellent at putting you off a week here a few days there.

The part finally arrived and it had a coating of sand all over it. This is a part that they had promised was thouroghly tested. It couldn't have been since the electronic harness was broken. So I decided I couldn't put it in my transmission without contaminating my transmission.

I requested a refund. Scott told me to return the valve body and he would send out a refund. I have the UPS tracker so I know they got it. Scott likes to bounce you off to someone else for the refund. For a while it was Desire and she kept telling me the check was in the mail, first time that happened was May 5.

Now they say Desire has left the company and that she was crooked and evil and everything bad, basically it was all her fault that I didn't get my money. So next I am told to wait until Nicole gets in to work and she will get me my refund... Two weeks later she tells me that I can only get a store credit and I should talk to the owner. I will be calling him tomorrow.

I hope these guys get driven out of business and are made to go to prison. The time wasted by so many people who have complained on this web site is outrageous.
