Requested 2 components and taken care of both. 1 part recd. Additional component was to be delivered in 10 to 2 weeks. When tracked organization same task - may deliver in 10 to 2 weeks. Company-no longer responding to emails and not able to contact by telephone as saving claims phone is likely to be responded in 11 units and also have remained online for 45 units with no solution. Have required full refund for components not provided but have gotten no reaction. No customer support out of this ensemble. This purchase has become 5 weeks old.
