It is stupit that gas stations slow down the flow of fuel 25ct from your prepaid amount. It has not always been this way, in the past it would slow down 5-10ct from the prepaid amount. That was fine, but when it is raining, snowing, or you are just in a hurry like most all of us are it is not exceptable.
