Brought a car with warranty on 10/22 not honored

My son who just returned from iraq introduced a 2001 dodge-ram 1500 having a rebuilt engine inside it 22 oct and to the 23rd of march it began banging and stop on the road to trust winterized, to visit ny where he's positioned, i had been told the truck actually all there cars have a 3000 distance/3month guarantee. I'd to vehicle towed back to the dealer wherever i had been told we did not purchase a warranty and whatever was wrong with it we did it for the vehicle. I've the closed paper and the warranty around the truck within my hand and they need recognition it explained and my son we'd need to obtain a motor for your truck and they'd put it in free. He did not possess the vehicle twenty four hours hadn't been pushed but 45 kilometers and he do not wish to honor his term. There must be a law against shops laying and looking to get away withit. Auto collection on memorial drive takes from our american troops. The contract is just 2 times previous how is this right i want help getting them to honor the warranty or giving their had earned income fighting for this country back. Not fair company.
