Sold a wreckecd truck and they lied

On September 30 my spouse and that I used 7 hours on the lot, requesting all of the appropriate issues. Once they ultimately showed us the vehicle we desired I ask" Is their any harm or prior incidents I have to learn about" I had been informed no as was my spouse we he ask. We were cleaning up the truck per week later and discovered and insurance clain about the vehicle. I've attempted to obtain touching these folks for more than 2 months and can't obtain a spirit to obtain back with me such as the operator herself. I'm truly in a pickle below and don't understand what to complete.
