Blamed me for the cause of an auto accident that was clearly their insureds Fault

I was involved in an auto accident with one of this company's insured drivers back in June. The Highway patrolman wrote up an accident report that clearly stated that the dufus that pulled out in front of me after rolling through a stop sign was clearly 100% at fault. It took me months of trying to get these crooks off their butts and settle with me. When they finally got around to getting ready to pay for the damage to my motorhome, they told me that they would only pay 75% of the amount because they felt that I was at least 25% at fault! Huh?!!! Needless to say I had a few choice words for the shrew Elizabeth feeding me this line of crap. She went on the say that I "didn't do enough to avoid the accident". DUNCE!!! I'm in a 6000 pound vehicle that doesn't stop or manuever like a freakin sports car you moron! I asked her if she would have rather had me slam into the door of their dufus driver (he couldn't speak a word of english by the way) KILL him and mame his two stupid buddies sitting in the front of his pickup truck. This shrew Elizabeth (she really needs to work on her people skills) went on to lie to me about the police report and totally took the word of the three stooges over the report of the patrolman. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and that I didn't want to talk to her anymore. Needless to say, the super was unavailable of course, so I left a friendly little message for him. Days later, guess who calls me back? That's right, that same little shrew Lizzy. She gave me a new offer that still wasn't the full amount, but since I'm already suing somebody else at the moment, I took it in the shorts. Sometimes ya just have to choose your battles.

If you ever have a claim with these ripoffs, don't let them jerk you around.

They have a bunch of shleekmiesters working over there. Lizzy the claims adjuster will bite your head off right through the phone. Keep your blood pressure in check and always deal with their superiors.
