Please do not ever buy this warranty! They take your money!

The Eagle Warranty Corporation is s SCAM! I wish I would have googled them before I bought this warranty. I couldnt believe what I have read here! I take that back... After what I went through, yes I can!

I dont see how they are still in business and I feel they should be sued and everyone that has paid them, even a penny should be refunded!

My cars antifreeze light was coming on. So I just figured it was low, so I added some. Then about 4 days later its back on. I put more antifreeze and be sure to check and see if I see any leaks. I DONT! But that light comes on again! One more time I put antifreeze in, and that aint cheap either ok! That light comes on again but this time im on the highway. I had to pull over 4 times! I made it home, THANK GOD! I then call mechanic who told me that it may be a head gasket. He has been working on cars for over 30 yrs. So, I call Eagle and let them know my issue and they tell me to take it to PEPBOYS. I love PEPBOYS bye the way, and they do excellent repair work!

To make this long story short, my head gasket is leaking and Eagle wants PEPBOYS to remove the gasket and have it checked to see if that is whats causing my car to overheat!

Are they freaking serious? Im no car whiz but heck I know if you take that gasket off its unusable after that!!! And get this, if its not then I have to pay for it! I didnt mind paying for a diagnostic test, but when you just wanna tear something down so you can say "oh well this is the reason that happened" then heck no, NOT AT MY EXPENSE YOU WONT!

I have called them for 2 days straight, and not 1 return call. My claims adjuster was Derrick, EXT 2130 I left him a message and so did PEPBOYS. I call back in about an hour and he's gone for the day! I then call customer service and ask to speak to the highest person in the place, his name is Shawn EXT 2984... O yea he is suppose to be the CEO and of course he is not available either!

So my car is just sitting there taking up space at the shop, Its not driveable due to the over heating. To replace that is almost 3000! What the heck did I buy this warranty for again? Now I gotta figure out away to pay for my repairs! This is a bunch of BS and I dont know how they live with themselves knowing they do this to people. I am a single mother work full time and go to school. Do you think I just have 3000 dollars laying around?

I got so fed up I called billing. EXT 3501 and left a message for Cindy saying that if they take one dime out of my checking account I will seek legal assistance!

They are rude, ignorant, liars, cheaters, and they deserved to be SHUT DOWN!
