Motorcyclecarbs.com - robert reil robbed my money and newer sended me anything, not been able to contact kennesaw georgia

I found MOTORCYCLECARBS.com on the internet and made my order, i allso called them and spoke with ROBERT P. REIL about my order. And we agreed of the sending scedule. 7.7-08 my creditcard was charged with 97,65 usd
and i waited for 7 weeks and then started to call an e-mail them, nobody picked the phone up or replyed to my e-mails eather. I did try to contact them over an over again but no luck..
I made an inquiry on thumpertalk.com and found somebody else with similar story... It has been quiet ewer since. Until last week i got an e-mail from ROBERT from motorcyclecarbs.com, claiming that i had bashed him on the net because i had asked people that where are they and has this happened to anybody else, he demanded an public appology and telling that he is no longer going to look for an fuelscrew and he is going to return that money to me 24,95 usd. WHAT IS THAT he newer sended me anything of my long list of parts, and i have not been able to speak to him or nothing...
HE OWNS ME ALL THE MONEY AND AN FINE
