Important to read if you work or are thinking about joining them

I have been part of a Team for over 3 months now. This company does NOT care about its drivers or equipment. Now, i am not just saying this because I am having issues. I hear this from every driver from East to West, North to south. There policy about no trucks over 200,000 miles is a lie. We are nursing a good ole Freightshaker with 570,000 on it. We have broken down over 10 times in the last 3 weeks. The company will only authorize 30 minutes per TA visit for labor even on saftey threatening issues. We had brake issues severly and they told the TA just to make good. The mechanic even was amazed at their response. We got the truck back to Chatt and they fixed it. YAY!!! Oh yeah they forgot to put the windshield seal on properly and fill the washer fluid even though the mechanic signed off on the inspection! Oh and i forgot to mention they missed the 4 bolts on the fan housing in the inspection when it last had an inspection in CA and TN terminal. Imagine that! So thats just the truck. Did i forget to mention that they have deducted insurance from a large amount of drivers without their permission and will not listen to drivers about this. Also, breakdown is RUDE! Personelle is RUDE, infact everyone in the Chattanooga 'White House' doesnt have time for thw drivers which is funny because if the trucks didnt move (which they do not much at the moment) they would not be able to sit there in Chatt coming out every 10-15 minutes for smoke breaks. Oh yeah also it is nice to have weekend dispatchers that are giving up all the information about Covenant's current situation telling me that "We have so much less freight than last year" and my friends dispatcher "I have over 70 trucks grounded at the moment" WOW!!! So far the $800 a week is a myth, and as Joey said "If you Team YOU WILL GET THE MILES!" yeah yeah... See chil'ens Covenant's left arm does not know what the right is doing. My friend has been on a truck team now for 3 months... Cool! But covenant does not give a shit that she has not tested out and is about 60 days over! Oh well...

Now some of you are going to argue about this and say it is the trucking indusrty. Well maybe it is but i have a lot of friends who are with: Falcon, Werner, H O Wolding, England, AMX, Schnider, TMC and yes they are haveing little issues (I said little issues) but nothing on the size of this. Now i want to know WHY this is happening. Just because Covenant is a large corperation that does not give them the right to walk on the people who make it possible for Joey Hogan and David Parker to own the houses and stuff. Now i care alot for my fellow driver and people who have this happen. It is time to stop it people but you have to take a stand! Or leave Covenant!
