Unfair charges, misreprestentation

Our boy was cheated really poorly by this dealer and Garth Wilson in fund. He was informed he'd have $350 funds for 60 months on the fresh Quality, so when the smoking and BS removed, he's taking a look at $450 funds for 84 weeks. Mr. Wilson overcharged on replacement items by $4,890!!! He also included support ideas and maintenance costs for another $600. Even while informing my boy the funds could be $350. He advised my boy to help make the $450 funds for a few months subsequently return into refinance. He did this and was informed that there is no-chance to refinance following the a few months. He was permitted $500 to get a trade in that orange-reserved at $1500. So when he strolled out, had a deal for $40,933. What uneven people work-there??? That is difficult to believe...
