After 5 months received wrong order on $2000 order. No returns or refunds

In August send electronic funds for mail order for 8 wheels and 8tires. After five months, in January, we received wrong style.

Ordered 8 wheels and tires in August and received wrong items in January. Promised 4-6 weeks to receive order. After several times of trying to return items and numerous phone calls, they stated we could not return or refund without them charging us a restock fee even though it was their fault.

Since we could not return them, we kept the tires and rims, 4 rims in which we still have not used and are unable to sell, 2 of the tires they sent have blown out.
