No web address/Money needs to be refunded

ITV is removing cash from my consideration without my agreement. I've gotten nothing in substitution for the cash removed. I applied my bank card to buy publications - that we did obtain - plus they have ongoing payment me. The 800 telephone number claims the providers are hectic and also to abandon my phne number after which relates me towards the site that the web doesn't identify that will be customerservice@itvdirect.com. I've also attempted itvcorporate.com and that's also not acknowledged.
