Unauthorized use of credit card

Your complain site is confusing and now I will rewrite my complaint. I ordered the special of greentea extreme on 8/25 and my credit card was charged $5.95. I recently viewed my new statemtent and have two charges that I did not authorize, nor did I receive any products. The new charges were $38.95 on 9/16 and $44.90 on 10/01. This is an outrage to me. I want a credit to my paypal account and no one has the right to use my card again. I do not want to receive this green tea extreme since it made me very ill. Thank you Janet Gergowitz
