Television ADVERTISEMENT stated 19.95 plus delivery and handling. Ok. We requested one (that's 1) and we were billed for 2 plus delivery and handling for both. Advertisement on Television said second collection was free excedpt for delivery and handling. Nevertheless, we'd requested for just one established. We were billed 55.30.
