Cnac rude, insulting, and very very mean! Elray Beach

I have had my car a 2000 saturn coupe for about 2 years now. Even with not having jobs at times i have managed to pay all my car payments. At one point i did loose my job at one point for about 4 months and still was making the payments, i do live about 50 miles from the office so i would mail my payments in. At one point cnac will call me about 10 times a day. They also told my 9 year old daughter when i wasnt home and she anwered that to tell your mommy that they were going to come take my car.

I have tried to arange with them a schedule i can keep but the have no grace period on their due dates which i beleive is totally ridiculus!!! Ones credit rating is obviously not the greatest if we have to resort to a company like jdbyrider to purchase a car. I am paying $8000 for a vehicle worth less than $2000 in mint condition.

I fell behind 2 weeks on the payment and they repoed the vehicle. Not to mention that when i did get the car back the trunk key lock had been broken into to remove all my belongings. When i called them they replied " we knew you were going to call to concoct some kind of outragious story".

Im sick of them treating customers has if the payments goes into their pockets. The are only to me f*ing idiots that work there for $10.00 an hour.
