Tried to charge me money and I had not seen any results

Twice I took ideas to invent tech and when I didn't pay the money they asked the calls stopped and 2 to 4 years later I see one of my ideas in a magazine, and another on a child. But no one knows anything about it and invent tech. That's just wrong!!!
