Paid off vehicle in 2005 still no title I have to sell it and cant get the title

Cars & Transport

In 1999 I bought a 97 chrysler minivan and financed it through crysler financial, I became disabled and had disability insurance on the loan which took over payments and paid off the vehicle in 2005.. About 2 yrs ago I needed to sell the vehicle but had no title, I called and got a run around of transfers till I got disconnected, this happened a number of times, I also emailed them about 10 times with nothing but an automatic reply saying someone would respond, they never did, I wrote certified letters to the loan payoff division and the general admin. With no replies, now I need the money for the upcoming holidays, as I am disabled with no income, my wife works 2 jobs to make ends meet and we have 5 kids still at home and in school. Now my landlord wants the vehicle out of here as it doesnt run and I cant afford to fix it, and I cant sell it because I have no title. Chrysler financial will not even return an email or a letter and the phone gets me no where... Please can someone help me get this title from chrysler...

Also if you are financed with them make sure you get your title as soon as its paid in full before they lose you too... I am lost in the cracks at chrysler, even with my old loan number and vin number of vehicle they dont have any answers nor will they even try to answer me. Beware the chrysler credit cracks before you too fall into them.
