Sent me an engine thats can't be mounted or Used

I found this website on june 10th, i called them up and was shock on the availablity of my motor and seemed to be the only company that had more then 3 engines to choose from, thing this is great i ordered and paid for it Via western union, i sent them a total of $1'740.00 USD then was promted that a 6% charge was applied and i needed to send additional Money to make up the 6%, i called western union to and asked why i had to pay extra money, then told me that it was an act of fraud on World auto parts behave, I waited for couple days then gave them a call to check the status of my shipment, Then to prompted me that there was a warranty From that needed to be sign before shipping this engine!

I signed the from, a week passed still no shipment, they then told me i would needed a customs broker before i can get it shipped, i mentioned it is a personal shipment and there is no brokers needed, Frustrated i told them i no longer wanted the engine from there company and wanted my money back, they told me i would be charged a 40% re-stocking fee, figuring thats just giving free money. I got a broker and she stated these people can not be reached and failed to send documention needed to clear it from the Us/Canada Boarder/port Now it's been 3 months and no action,

Finally i got a tracting number via e-mail for my shipping, Picked up my engine and payed hundreds of dollars in dutie charges and taxes for a motor that can't even be mounted due to broken engine mounts, all the valves are rusted, i took my motor to a mechanic that prompted me, this engine will not even fire up and would cost me over 3k's to repair it and is a scrap yard engine that was sold to me! Now today i tried to call them and ofcourse the phone systems are down!!! These people needs to be Jailed for this
