Zero customer service... So fa

SnapTint sent me the wrong automotive window tint kit. When I called their 1-800 number all I got was a recording saying that they've been having problems with their voicemail. Apparently, another complaint I read about this company got that same voicemail way back in 2007. This leads me to believe they have nobody to answer phones and pass it off as a technical issue.

They want you to correspond via email. That is not the best customer service method but what else can one do when they don't have phone service. They have yet to respond to my email.

Their website has a bunch of customer testimonials praising their customer service. I now believe those "testimonials" were Company generated. Their website gives the appearance of an established, professional company. I'm now doubting that as well.

I will gladly come back here give an update if the Company responds to my email and makes this right. Otherwise, I will investigate what recourse actions I have available should this company fail to live up to its advertisements.
