Flase charges - can't use

All the charges on my card are false and that i waant the charges corrected. I just used the card onetime to pay for online companies 9 bucks. The csr i talked to didn't explain the 5 buck charge. Correctly. I'd like my money put back on my temporary visa card num-4470910008480249 08/09 the perm - credit num is 4736901101091181 03/09 vivian andrews 5082 lurline doctor ja, ms 39204.

I've tried to obtain this problem fixed by phone, mail and mail. Used to do not realize that it would be this difficult to get service using the walmart pre-paid
