Moped came with a defective part. Took 2 weeks to get an acknowledgment. Sent the defective part back and six weeks later the wrong part was delivered. It takes days to get anyone to answer the phone, the folks who do answer the phone have no clue about what has been ordered or what to do for repairs. For weeks after the order, we were told it would appear "next week." Canceled the order only to have the moped arrive the next day. Do not deal with these folks unless you have days available to spend on the phone. Pay more for service; you'll need it.
