Disconnected the check engine light

I bought a car from these clowns and when I went to get an emissions test, the car failed. I took it to a mechanic and he showed me how the check engine light was disconnected. THEN he showed me how most of the oxygen sensors were cut. Reza Ramaghi, the owner said he wouldn't fix it because I didn't bring it to his attention the same day I bought the car.

His "domestic partner" Brian hung up on me when I called.
