I like to play runescape but now i can't play it! It is bcoz of jagex upgrading the runescape n my laptop got a problem to load it...

I had tried so many times to re loaded it but it stil can't work. Pls, i really want to play runescape so much... Help me to fix the problem that i've face... Jagex, pls do something to let me play runescape...
