Bill Buck Chevrolet
Bad adventure with venture

Cars & Transport

I bought a 2000 warner bros. Venture from bill buck chevrolet and if i knew that it would have existing problems i would have bought a japanese van. The power slide door opens back up after it closes and even did so while in motion. The front passenger seat had a strip of leather that was not flush with the rest of the seats and for 30 plus thousand dollars for any vehicle give me what i paid for!

To make matters worse the power door is still broken after 4 attempts to fix it and the seat was so called "fixed", with silicone? What a rip off!

I called the manufacture and all they did was call the dealership and slapped them on the wrist. The service manager did not acknowledge of him knowing about the ongoing problems and was surprised that silicone was used in fixing the seat. A

T this point i will not trust chevrolet dealerships and probable will go to a japanese dealership which is too bad but, they must not want my return business or anyone else i talk too.
