Oil change car damage tyre change

I had 2 bad experiences with discount tyre center at the cross section of highland ave and orangethorpe ave, fullerton, ca - 92832. First time I went for oil change and I noticed after a day that car started heating if I turn AC on. I went back and got response saying I have bad cooling system. So I went to dealership and turned out that there was oil spill inside engine and it was due to lack of cleaning and was fixed in 10 minutes. Second time my wife went to replace tyre and we found that another tyre also had scratches and we had to replace one more tyre. So we decided not to go there since we always had surprises.

Just few days ago (08/19), my father in law had to go there since it is closest one and car was not drivable and it has been two years since we had bad experience. We talked to the manager and told him about our bad experience. He told us that he is new and old one has been fired due to mismanagement. But my father in law's car is making really bad noices. So we went back to them and they said that car has something wrong with pulley. We are very sure that we did not had that noice before we went there.

I am writting my experiences because I want everyone to know that discount tyre center at the cross section of orangethorpe and highland in fullerton is total rip-off and no one should trust them.
