I too had done the application online. Was told after they called several times I was guaranteed approval. I asked them many times if we were approved. We went to the dealership and then met the finance guy who was the owners nephew. I then was passed to a salesman and had to fill out another application. Then went to the finance dept. I was told I had to have $1000 down or a co-signor. I asked about my gauranteed approval. I was informed I was approved by them to purchase a vehicle not financing. I was told the $1000 down was so the owner of Goss Suziki and another unnamed person could finance it themselves. I left without a car. They also called my home everyday for 3 weeks with a different salesman with the same crap about approval. They also called my wifes employeer to get her to call them back for the "approval" spiel. I also had the same thing with Nashville Suziki. Same sales practices but they have deceptive financing practices. That is a different complaint. I got screwed by Nashville Suziki.
