Ripoff, promises unfulfilled, no merchandise, charge your credit card, scammers, rude

Scootertronics billed me and charged my for merchandise that was not received in excess of $1000. They also have very rude customer service, as has been mentioned time after time. They declare prominently on their website they have yet to have an unsatisfied customer, yet have multiple complaints issued against it, a blog created by a disenfranchised former customer, poor reviews on Yahoo! Merchants, and a poor BBB record. If this is not enough to illustrate their dishonesty, than I am not sure what is (maybe them charging you for merchandise you never receive will convince you).

I believe every scooter enthusiast should avoid these guys at all costs! One day I would like to see a class-action lawsuit that shuts these guys down, as they are a menace on society - or, more specifically, faithful consumers who simply want what is promised in exchange for their hard-earned money.

These guys are also very immature, so immature that I'd even go as far to say that they are too immature to have MySpace accounts (which they do).

These guys also have horrible customer service!
