Jerry Damson Honda / Acura Bad sales tactics

I went in to purchase a new Honda accord EX-L V6 w/navi. I told the salesman (whom I've been working with for a few weeks) that they only had 2009s instock. I had received a quote on a 2008 (which was sold). The manager told me to bring in my emailed quote from their other dealer in Florence AL (they own that one also). So, I did. They agreed to match it (remember, quote on 2008 model). He brought the car around (and again. I asked him if it's a 2009). When he brought the car around he confirmed it was a 2009 (they didn't have anymore 2008). We took it for a test drive. I told the salesman I would take it. He started the paperwork. Got a copy of my drivers license and my signature. I called my insurance company and had the car added to my policy. Then the salesman comes back and says they made a mistake. They gave me a price for a 2008 when they only have a 2009. The 2009 will be about 1300.00 more. They should have honored the price (their mistake not mine). I'm sure they would have recouped that cost from me down the road through their service deptartment (guess they didn't think of that). They offered to try to find me a 2008. Not good enough. All I've gotten from their manager is an apology. That's not good enough. And also the sicker price of the 2009 car on their website does not match the sticker price that's on the car window. I'm talking about the factory sticker not the little dealer installed accessory sticker. Bait and switch.
