Ripoff charge to credit card

I just got my credit card's billing stament and I found a charge from TLG*AUTOVNTGE. I didn't know the company and what they do until today. I did not buy, order or suscribe to anything. When I called them I just wanted to cancel the purchase but they tried to offer me more stuff that I was not interested. Well they reversed the charge but I have been reading posts and I am not first. Beware this company keeps charging people.
