Poor Customer Service - Rude and Insulting

There have been several occassions that I needed to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for various warranty related issues. The car is a Lemon. The problem is compounded by the service department creating addtional problems by either breaking something, not fully fixing the problem, or just poor workmanship.

There are several times that I took my car back only to notice that door panels were not mounted properly, or dents added while the car was at the dealership. These people are totally incompetent, and what is worse they rude and insulting when you confront them on the issues.

I have totally lost confindence in the Jeep brand, and I will never buy anything from Tuttle Click.
