Wanted me to put a 12 year old child on a bus in TN and send her all the way back to LA alone

I had my 12 year old daughter on the truck with me on a trip to TN. Company policy said a passenger had to be over 9 years old. Well anyway one of the other drivers saw her and reported it. When asked i never lied to them but they said she was unathorized.

Anyway they wanted me to either put a 12 year old on a bus back to louisiana or leave my load so i did just that. I left my load and my now ex wife came and got us. Now U S express has on my dac that i violated company policy. How stupid r they do they not have kids and would they put their kids alone on a bus like that as dangerous as that is?
