Harassment several attempts to receive medical treatment uneducated management

Hi, I agree I worked there for 11years. It's agood old boy club which corparate dont know about. Most of the manageteam doesent even have a highschool diploma, it is a modern slave enviroment with extreme idiotic behavior. I am referring to the DC in lakeland fl. I got hurt several times which caused me mayor disabilitys, and trauma to my emotional state.

First of all I was a a machine operator when my machine coded out while driving which caused me to fall off and rupture a disk and more. When i reported the incident the respond from tony reeves Mgmt. Was you gone be ok. I had to take care of it my self and still do. Spiderbite followed severe infection once again nobody cared. Fall pickin up a pallet, nail was invisible stuck to the grate because the dont follow the safety precaution it is just a piese of paper to them, a joke.

Ony Renner Russ Weber. David Goudy, and all the rest of so called management do not care. They lie and hide everything so corporate want get wind of it. Let it be fake numbers and harassment, racial sexual giving points to people they want to give them to, but jet not the once the socialice with.

Anyways there is so much more I had to endure while working there it is bejond beleave. Advances insurance denied further treatment and I am batteling. I hurt to much to let go, emotional physical and mental pain. Iwill keep on fighting til justice is seeked.
