Did not pay commissions that I earned

First: I did not receive a check for 600.00 in commissions I earned from selling their products online.

Then, in response to my query (Is the check lost in the mail?), they replied that there was "an error in our affiliate system that was issuing affiliate payments for several orders that were not even placed on our website. We went back through these orders to determine that there was in fact no referral as these were phone orders placed by us into our accounting system. We deleted these orders from the affiliate payouts which did not subtract from the "Totals" shown in your account."

When I responded that the traffic and click-through data on my website didn't support their claim, and that I expected to be paid the amount I was owed, they responded by closing their affiliate program.
