Horrible customer service

I've been coping with Price Kawasaki, in MT Airy, NC on the damaged motor cover. I first introduced it To Value on July 10th and was informed to create it when Larry Jessop was back from holiday. WhenLarry delivered I returned and Larry looked over the bicycle and decided the break was a casting problem. I had been guaranteed by Mrs Worth that she'd contact The hotline and obtain acceptance to repair it under warranty. Going back 5 weeks I've been calling Them-And they held cleaning me down and stating they'd contact the hotline tomorrow after which contact me. I eventually named Mark in Customer serviceswho hardly I would like to obtain a term in. He ultimately named Worth Kawasakiand advised me they refused actually taking a look at the bike. I subsequently named Mrs Value who abruptly appreciated Larry taking a look at Our KLX. She stated I have to provide it again and allow Larry view it. I stated "why" You Have previously completed all that and covered me down for around per month. No body actually questioned me what I needed or attempted to help me. Alternatively, I had been omitted by myself by Customer companies. All I'm requesting at this time is to get a split about the Components costs to repair my KLX myself. I will certainly not allow Worth Kawasaki near my Bike following the terrible experience so far.
