Sold me 2 defective sunl motorscooters, refused to fix, or warranty

Ought 2 sunl gas motorscooters from jus-4-fun, one developed a miss and would barely run, the speedometer didnt work, and the front brake master cylinder poured out fluid, the second had no brakelight, or horn. Took the QT-18 sunl scooter back, the mechanic (if he could be called that)/ salesman, said he was swamped, he thought it was the carburater, he went into the back, returned with another carb, and asked if i could put it on, cause he was a couple weeks behind. So i returned home, installed the new? Carb he had given me, it ran exactly the same. Took it back up to jus 4 fun, he said he would get right on itthe following week. Went to get it the following tuesday when promised, he informed me the owners told him to stop working on it, he had way to much time in it, that it ran, and brake leak was fixed, went to pick it up, wouln't start, brake still leaking, he refused to do anything further, said owners of buisness told him warranty was void because i had touched it, and also refused to fix brakelight and horn on other scooter, which i rode home, didn't touch it at all, only has 8 friggin miles on it!!! Tried to reach sunl motorsports which imports and distributes these things to see about warranty, still havent heard back on my internet request, calls to thier fall branch texas office, have left me frustrated to say the least, they dont do warrantys or supply warranty parts, they said local dealer does that! But on thier website, it say you can buy direct, WARANTY, etc, mere lies i guess
