We purchased a car from them in May. We still have not received our permanent plates. They keep sending us paper plates when we call and inquire about our permanenet one. We are now on our 4th paper plate (2 Blue and 2 Red). I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Complain MVD Enforecement.
