What happened before I bought my new Ford Explore never mind you don't have to tell me that

Bought my Ford Explore July 06 from Butch Oustalet Ford. Have had many problems with it. The back passanger window would not go down, the raido didn't work the rear middle seat belt doesn't work and a speaker was blown.

The biggest thing is the rear end has always roared. Took it back to service department to have it fixed. They said they fixed it but still the same problem. Just took it back again same thing.

I asked the service department to tell me what work had been done on it and when. This is when I found out that the rear end had had a major over haul before I ever bought it NEW.

Of course they did not tell me this before I bought it because I wouldn't have bought it. When I pressed for answers they told me that if there is more than $500 in body damnage before a new car is sold they have to tell you but they do not have to tell about any mechanical problems the car has had. They say if you ask they will tell you but who knows.
