Incomplete Delivery / refusal to return paper work

Compelled to signal and total paper-work before work was actually started.

Employees attempted to operate out the doorway; not really stating shipping total (it had beenn't).

Used to donot have my couch ($3600) and three glass covers to platforms ($ 250); the employees were rude challenging I signal the documents that anything was okay and that I might put in a notice of the lost products.

I said I wont signal something and that I need back the authorized slide for that cost of the "finished " shipping. The employee and angrily declined to provide me my cost slide and leaped in his vehicle and pace away.

After I called work; I had been punished and informed I'd to pay for complete shipping costs which all of the paper-work was their home. I might complete a state type so when the furniture is located I'm going to be informed.

I've never been so badly handled;I experienced "mugged".
