Disorganized ripoff want to be manager owne

Okay, to start off with i had made an appointment to have my car serviced at the longmont brakes plus, upon arriving at store i am taken back by what the so called manager told me, first of all he said i (the customer) had not made the correct appointment because i wanted to wait for my car to be estimated and fixed and he is telling me that it could be all day before i get my car looked at!!!

I simply told him that i had made appointment 3 days earlier with a person by the name of george, upon stating this to him he says he is george and that i am lying!!! Who is this freak to tell me i'm lying why would i lie about such a thing?

After dealing with all this i tell him i will just leave my car with him to estimate and that i will get a ride back to work and that he can call me with an estimate. I had no sooner made it back to work which is about a 10 min drive when this idiot george hanna calls me with an estimate!!! He says he checked it out personally, like that statement was supposed to instill confidence-wrong!

But the bigger question here is how did he check my car out so quickly and have it priced in the same amount of time! Next he proceeds to enlighten me as to what he perceives to know about brakes-what a joke!!! Anyway he tells me i need calipers all 4 wheels rotors-3 out of 4 wheels brake flush, new pads all around, and radius arm bushings, and all this just to make it safe!!! He proceeded to tell me that, that was not all he could go on but he was trying to do me a favor!!! Bear in mind this vehicle i drive has 41000 miles and is a 1999!

This vehicle has never towed anything or hauled anything and has always been maintained! So he tells me i will not be safe if i do not do necessary work and tells me thanks for wasting his time! But he will put it back together and give me an estimate i tell him i will call his boss, and he tells me he is the owner &he actually lied to me HE IS NOT EVEN A DECENT MANAGER, I CALLED ANOTHER STORE
