Voided warranty due to engine sludge on 2007 Camry Hybrid

I have a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid with 30,000 miles on it. About a month ago it started making a knocking noise in the engine. So I took it to Toyota of Redlands. After tech. Took it for a ride he then pulled the valve cover off and stated covered with sludge. At that point he reported to the service manager, that the oil had never been changed. They called me to come and inspect, I did and indeed there was sludge. I then told the service manager that I changed oil every 5000 miles much less than recomended by Toyota's (7500) but I used 5W30 Synthetic. He basically called me a liar, and at that point he voided my warranty. We contacted Corporate Toyota they said they standing behind the dealerships statement and warranty void.

I then took it to another dealership which the service manager is a friend of a friend. He told me that using 5W30 is not a problem that Federal mandates this for mileage proposes. He had a Tech. Put it on the computer, he reported it had a bad coil and it was only running on 3 cylcinders. So he contaced me told me the problem, and he would have it fixed in two days. He called me back after the he replaced all the coils. Stated it ran great for about ten minutes, then it started to run even worse. At that point he got ahold of Corporate to find a cure. They informed him that the warranty was void, he was to cease any work and to put the car back in the condition it came in on.

I understand this is not the first time they have had problems with sludge! I'm not asking for compensation, I'm only asking them to fix the problem or buy the back from me. Right now the car it not worth enough to cover what we owe.
