Dishonest, lack of Service, & Lack of Response

*Was promised one price, service, and acceptance of trade-in over phone and that was totally changed when I arrived at the dealership — unexplainable fees were added to the purchase price — one for $500 "check services" to make certain a band new car is in working order, *the promised price for my trade-in was dropped to half

*Thursday evening, July 10, I purchased a Honda Civic vehicle from Paragon dealership. I had never considered a lease purchase; and I feel that I was coerced and pressured into a lease agreement at this point. Also I was sold on purchasing an alarm; On next business day, I called Paragon several times... No one returned calls. I sent & faxed letters requesting change of the terms of my purchase agreement from lease to outright purchase. Received no response.

* I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of service, and still am requesting for Termination of the lease; and am prepared to make an outright purchase to pay full price of car at original price without additional Paragon Woodside fees and alarm.

* 'am so sorry I went to Queens from NJ to purchase the Honda Civic. My dealerships in NJ had wonderful incentives and I feel I would have received a more honest and satisfying deal. Only reason I went to Paragon is because they had the Civic in White which other NJ dealerships would have had to locate... And Paragon told me that they would honor the price I had been quoted from the NJ dealership. Unfortunately, I learned that Paragon is dishonest.
