They just want to rip you off and charge you for everything even if it's their fault

I want to report that Crown Mitsubishi in St. Petersburg Florida is NOT the place to purchase a car or go for service on your vehicle. First of all the customer service sucks. They are very rude and act like they don't have the time or day to help you. The service department is full of incompetent people. My Elicpse just went in and had some service work done to it. When I got my car back the radio would not work. Come to find out, I have a anti-theft system on my radio.in all my paper work from buying the car was my anti-thefy system code on this little red card. I needed to punch this code into my radio to get my car radio back working. I attempted this numerous times, calling the dealership numerous times to make sure I was doing this correctly. (It's really a pain in the butt b/c the radio locks up after 3 times)

Anyways, so after a day of trying to get it to work, I called the dealership back and told them that I didn't think the code was correct and asked if I could bring it in for them to fix. Oh, of course they said, but we're going to have to pull your radio out to get a serial number to get the correct code and we're going to have to charge you $45.00 to do so. So as any logical person would think to themselves... How is this right when you've purchased this car from them and it just happens to have the WRONG anti-theft system code??? Needless to say I'm still riding in my car with no radio.
