Towed away my mothers car, damaged it and there may be items missing

On July 11 I parked in a lot across the street from Publix Supermarkets to buy a pack of cigarettes. When I left the store and approached my car there was a tower backing in to tow the car away.

I began yelling at him to stop and he was ignoring me. He quickly raised the car up and got out of the car. He was an extremely rude man and felt it was his job to insult me.

I asked him to stop and he told me to give him $50 cash only to not tow the car away. I did not have $50 cash but did have my checkbook. He told me to enter Publix and cash the check and he would wait. I had no choice so I quickly entered Publix and they cashed my check in under two minutes. I quickly returned and the car was gone.

There are witnesses that told me that he damaged the front of the car when towing it away. I also had a laptop in there that I suspect will be gone when I go to pick up the car.

I previously went to take the car out and was not able to because it is registered to my mother.

To all Broward residents beware of ALL COUNTY TOWING they are a bunch of crooks that practice PREDATOR TOWING. They also do not use reasonable care in transporting your vehicle.

Either way I am not mad because thankfully I am an attorney and Monday they will be sued.in the end this will earn me money. I am just upset that this happens to people that cannot afford a legal defense.
