Faulty tire not replaced

In Nov. Of 2007 I bought a brand new set of tires at Belle Tire of Madison Hts., MI. For the 2003 Dodge conversion van. Lately (in regards to a week before) I observed a shimmy within the front-end while driving to function. This just got worse within the next 2 times. Upon checking the leading finish myself I acknowledged 2 indentations within the external sidewall of the leading right tire. I understood instantly the tire was preparing to toss a metal gear. My spouse introduced the truck towards the Belle Tire wherever the tire was bought to determine the things they were ready to do about that.

The one who looked over it attempted to provide my spouse a tune and party, declaring the tire should have been eliminated and positioned back on improperly (definitely not correct). The wheels about the truck were completed in Nov soon after the tire alternative and also the truck was pushed to California and back and it has been pushed daily since that time without any problem till of a week before. Because my spouse doesn't have knowledge as it pertains to auto-repair it's my sensation this dishonest repair technology. Took advantage of her towards the melody of $243 by changing the edge and placing the exact same tire back about the automobile. I'm completely disgusted with this particular outcome and believe Belle Tire must admit the low quality of the employees. As a result of this transgression I'll no further patronize any Belle Tire institution and certainly will alert anybody who inquires of me to "STAY AWAY FROM BELLE TIRE."
