LLC Not a real car warranty repair service! Excludes everything, requires use of "Dura Lube"

My sister purchased this warranty as it was represented to her as an official GM warranty from the dealership. It was NOT. She and her grandchildren had a mechanical breakdown on their car in Death Valley! Got car to a dealership, and learned the warranty wasn't worth the paper it's printed on. Many unresolved complaints filed against this company by the Attorney General's Office in Missouri - Jay Nixon. Google that and you will see dozens and dozens of complaints.

My sister is now going to have to pay full cost of replacing the transmission which is 3500 and $900 for the rental car as they are on vacation and had to rent a vehicle to accommodate 7 passengers.

I had to call and tell her the bad news - she has looked forward to this vacation for 20 years and now this happens.

This company took $1703.00 from her, in full. She would be happy to just get them to refund the premium but that is going to be a fight as well.

Their policy is administered by "Marathon Administrative" Administrative Services PO Box 961, O'Fallon, IL 62269.

Payment was made to "Summit" as the finance company. Their address is 1232 Washington Ave, 3rd Floor, St. Louis, MO 63103

All smoke and mirrors if you ask me.
