We ordered air bags for a 2007 Ford Ranger truck. Air bags consist of driver's side bags passenger's side bags module. First, nothing came. When we finally called, there was some dumb excuse so we let the check go through. But we only received one of the air bags, the less expensive one, and from some other state. Next time we got through to him—this man is extremely hard to get to; only one of his 3 phones is answered, and that extremely rarely—the excuse was that the air bag "had blown up in his face as he was pulling it." Yeah, right! But oh well. Nothing came. After complaining, we only got a module—and that was the wrong year, too, despite his claims that the year should fit ours—we physically tried it! He insists that the 2nd air bag came with it, but we can prove that it didn't because the package was only 1 pound, and air bags weight much more than that. We cannot return the module, since HE ordered it; we spent $1100 and never got the air bag we needed; and the guy refuses to do anything for us. He's not a business per se, just a guy trying to make money. Do not deal with him! The address he gives is a residence, IF it is his real place.
