Ripped us off on the sales and service of our new RV

We had never owned an RV before, and we went to Explorer RV in Castroville, Texas to look at and buy one of their RV's. We got ripped off; they didn't teach us how to tow the RV, or how to use all of the accessories. They did not service the RV battery and it killed our truck battery.

The couch was torn when we picked up the new RV and they never replaced it or repaired it. They did not show us how to drain the waste tanks, and the tank overflowed into the RV. They did not tell us that the RV took special toilet paper, and the toilet clogged.

They did not put propane in the 2 propane tanks. They did not put the proper air pressure in the tires, and the RV would not tow properly above 45 mph. They did not show us how to install the load-distribution hitch and the sway control.

The RV was filthy dirty when we picked it up; they did not wash it or clean the inside after we purchased the RV. This is our first RV and it will our last, thanks to the unprofessional and unethical people at Explorer RV in Castroville, Texas. Warning... Do NOT do business with Explorer RV.
