Poor customer service

I wanted to reply to the other complaint about POOR customer service at Harte Nissan in Hartford CT. I called this place because I was an hour drive away and wanted to look at a car they had advertised. After being on hold, I was assured this car was on the lot. I drive an hour to get there only to be told the car was delivered to somebody else the day before. Then the shady sales person is trying to sell me whatever other junk they have on the lot, which is nothing like the car I was looking for. I called the general manager the next day to ask why they were using printed inventory sheets that were not updated to see if a car was still there? In the middle of my questions I was hung up on. They promised to look through their inventory claiming they have 1000 cars on the lot and never got back to me on anything. Customer service is horrible at this place.
